Holiday nanny role
We are looking for a team of fun, enthusiastic and passionate nannies to come and work in Zermatt for the season, with year-round employment opportunities available.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of the children under your care. This includes providing attentive care, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and preparing the most fun and creative activities for children.
You’ll work with different families each week and with children of all ages. Each day is different, and the hours will vary from week to week. Your day could be filled with sledging, building snowmen, doing arts and crafts in the chalet, preparing bottles and in charge of baby care, treasure hunts on the mountain and so much more!
You’ll play a vital role in contributing to the team by participating in collaborative work, communication, and fostering a supportive work environment. You’ll be part of nurturing our company’s growth, actively participating in efforts to enhance our services, creating positive relationships with the families you work with, and looking for opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Babysitter
We are looking for experienced babysitters to join our team through summer or winter seasons, & year round..
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of the children under your care. This includes providing attentive care, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and preparing the most fun and creative activities for children.
You’ll work with different families each week and with children of all ages. Each day is different, and the hours will vary from week to week depending on bookings. You’ll be primarily looking after children in their accommodation during the evenings, overseeing meals, bedtime routines and communicating well with parents.

Flexible Shifts:
Ideal for those looking for additional work. Various shifts available throughout the season, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, providing flexibility in your schedule. Availability for at least two Saturdays per month is required.
Competitive Salary:
We offer a competitive salary and opportunities for additional hours during the season, you’ll be fully insured whilst at work and receive cancellation fees in the case of a last minute cancellation.

We are looking for a fun, enthusiastic and passionate Ski Nanny to join our team at Petit Verbier for the winter season.
In this exciting role, you’ll combine teaching children to ski in the mornings with offering warm, attentive nanny care in the afternoons. Your days will be filled with adventure, creativity, and laughter as you help little ones grow confidence on the slopes and enjoy fun activities off them.
As a ski nanny, you’ll ensure the safety and well-being of the children in your care while creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment. From first ski turns and sledging to arts and crafts or cosy story time, every day will be memorable for both children and their families.
You’ll also be part of the Petit Verbier team, working closely with colleagues, supporting one another, and building great relationships with families to make their holidays truly special.

Kids Club Leader
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to provide inclusive, fun and engaging activities for the children in our care. In the role of Kids Club Leader, you will be responsible for designing in advance and implementing well-organised activities, such as multi-sports, indoor and outdoor games, arts & crafts, and structured play. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the safety and happiness of the children.
This role also involves overseeing all aspects of the kids club’s operation. This includes organising activities, purchasing snacks, and ensuring cleanliness. You’ll coordinate with the ski school for child pickup and afternoon handovers, maintaining regular communication with parents, and assisting with inquiries about additional babysitting services.
You will represent Petit Verbier with a friendly and professional attitude, demonstrating our dedication to delivering exceptional childcare experiences.
Active participation in team meetings with a positive and joyful energy to collaborate with the nanny team is expected. Your skill in nurturing client relationships and contributing to the company’s growth is highly valued.

Social Media Manager
Petit Verbier is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Manager or Marketing Intern to join our team ahead of the 2026/27 winter season.
This is a flexible role and we’re open to finding the right fit for the right person. Whether you’re an experienced social media manager looking for part-time work or a student/recent graduate wanting hands-on marketing experience, we’d love to hear from you.
The Role
You will help manage and grow our online presence across multiple brands and platforms, creating engaging content that showcases life in the mountains, family experiences, childcare services and events.
Responsibilities may include:
- Managing Instagram, Facebook and Tiktok accounts
- Creating and scheduling social media content
- Photography and video content creation
- Reels and short-form video editing
- Writing captions, blogs and newsletters
- Supporting marketing campaigns and partnerships
- Assisting with website updates and content
- Monitoring engagement and responding to messages where required
- Helping develop new ideas to grow brand awareness
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of social media platforms
- Excellent written English
- Creative eye for photography and video
- Comfortable using Canva and social media scheduling tools
- Organised and able to work independently
- Interest in tourism, hospitality, family services or events is a bonus
- Must be based in Verbier or the surrounding area
